Eric Montes, Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT)

Eric Montes graduated from Chicago School of Massage Therapy (CSMT) in 2003 and is a member of the American Massage Therapy Association (AMTA). Eric is an experienced, licensed massage therapist specializing in manual therapy techniques such as: Sports Massage, Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Hot Stone Massage, Prenatal Massage, Trigger Point Massage, Reflexology Massage, Myofascial Release, Seated Chair Massage, Aroma Therapy Massage and Body Mobilization Techniques (BMT). Most recently, Eric has earned certification in Stick Mobility and Naboso’s Barefoot Training. Eric is dedicated to his clients who continue to rely on his services since 2003.

Magdalena Wrobel graduated from University of Illinois at Chicago (UIC) in 2006 and has spent over 20 years in Corporate Leadership working for national and global financial institutions. Magdalena has built strong Sales, Product Development and Product Management teams that would successfully navigate the ever-changing commercial payments landscape. Magdalena’s passion for developing strong and healthy mindsets, led her to creating her own wellness coaching as she couldn’t find affordable, sustainable, and easy to implement programs. She has been able to drive her teams forward by understanding what motivates her employees and delivering quality work. By joining forces with Eric, this duo is able to focus on both the mental and physical wellness in the workplace.

In 2006, Eric and his wife Magdalena discovered the lack of wellness programs in the workplace. They decided to launch a company that focuses on improving the wellbeing and morale of employees which not only saves the company healthcare dollars but improves its productivity and profitability. Through their work with high-functioning executive clients and professional athletes, they realized most aches and pains were self-inflicted and preventable. They created a series of educational engagements in the form of a Power Breakfasts and Lunch and Learns followed by individualized chair massage sessions. Eric and Magdalena now offer Virtual Wellness programs to better service their clients across the country. The educational components cover the most frequent ailments caused by stress, poor posture, repetitive motion and poor time management. They have instilled a culture of gratitude and positive thinking which are a value-add not only to each company they partner with but to each recipient personally.

In their free time, Eric and Magdalena are dedicated to their family. They love to travel, engage with others, motivate and empower people.
